How much does a subscription cost?

Pricing varies depending on your frequency (weekly, bi-weekly or monthly). The starting retail price is $40 per week for The Piccolo or $55 per week for The Grande. Pricing includes flower food and delivery.

How does the subscription work?

It's two short steps. First, decide the size of bouquet you'd like -- either The Piccolo or The Grande. Next, select your frequency -- weekly, bi-weekly or monthly -- and the best delivery time that works for you on Thursday. The following Thursday, you'll have a fresh bouquet of flowers at your doorstep.

When will I receive my flowers? 

Our merchant system is set-up so that you can order a subscription at any time though when you order depends on which Thursday you'll receive your flowers. In other words, if you place an order on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, you will receive your flowers that upcoming Thursday. If you order your flowers on a Wednesday, you won't receive them the next day, you will receive them exactly one week later, the following Thursday. If you order on a Thursday, same thing. You will not receive your flowers same-day. Instead, you will receive your flowers one week later on the Thursday.  We apologize in advance that at this time we cannot offer same-day or next-day delivery. When do deliveries occur?

Currently, deliveries are made every Thursday during your selected time frame. Select which time frame you’d prefer from the options listed or leave a comment to specify a safe, covered, cool place where we can leave your flowers for you. If you leave your phone number at checkout, we'd be happy to text or call you when we dropped your flowers off.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to the following towns in Fairfield County, Connecticut: Fairfield, Redding, Ridgefield, Wilton, Weston, Westport, Norwalk, New Canaan, Darien and Stamford. If you live in Fairfield County, but do not see your town listed, please call or email us.

How do I care for my flowers?

To prepare for your delivery, first find a clean, dust-free and soap-free vase or vessel of your choice and fill it with fresh, cool water. Add the flower food we give you each week to the water and swirl it around with a spoon until it dissolves. With a sharp knife or scissors, cut your stems at a 45 degree angle and arrange them into the vase as you would like. Don't be afraid to cut the stems down to as short as you need to in order to fit into the particular size vase you have at home. Also, make sure leaves and needles are above the water line as they will make the water less fresh. You can simply pull the leaves off the stem to prevent this before you put the stems in the vase. Flowers like cooler temps, so keep them away from hot or warm water and do not place in direct sunlight. Continue to check the water level in your vase daily, and refill with fresh, cool water to keep your flowers looking their best.


Is a vase included in the subscription?

No. As a way to keep costs down, we send you just fresh cut flowers and give you the freedom to use one of your own special vases at home.  We love seeing our bouquets arranged in unique ways and encourage you to experiment using other vessels such as water pitchers, mason jars, wine bottles, bud vases, tea cups, footed bowls, tin buckets, boxes, chemist's flask, ceramic planters, pint glasses, etc. Follow our social outlets, call or email us for more ideas or questions. How do I arrange my flowers?

Your flowers will arrive pre-arranged so that you can simply cut the stems down to the height of the vase you want to use. If you want to try something new, feel free to split up the blooms as you'd like by color or by type of flower and use multiple bud vases. Follow us, call or email for additional ideas on how to style your Branch & Bloom bouquet and for tips on using florist tools such as tape, flower frogs, and oasis.

When will I be charged?

Your subscription is auto-renewing meaning that you will automatically be charged every week, bi-week or month. To receive an email notification every time you are charged, please check-off the box that specifies this at checkout.

Can I skip a week?

If you are out of town, then you are able to opt out that week, but you will need to update that on your account page by clicking "Skip Next Renewal".

Can I make changes to my account?

Yes, as you make a purchase, you will be asked to create an account. To make changes to your account, just login and then you'll see options to edit your subscription, your shipping address, your credit card information, skip your next renewal, and add coupon codes or redeem gift cards.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, if you are dissatisfied for any reason, then please cancel your subscription and you can do so on your account page by clicking "Edit Subscription" then "Cancel Subscription". Our #1 priority is to make our customers happy and delighted. We want our flowers to put a huge smile upon your face and we want you to be fully pleased with our designs.
